Buyside Compensation Incentive:

Brokers who present us with off-market opportunities have the opportunity to earn up to 3% of additional commission paid by us, on top of any seller paid commissions.

Disclaimer: Incentives are not guaranteed and vary deal-by-deal. Deals need to be off-market in order to qualify for additional incentives.

Commission Protection Pledge:

If an off-market seller is unwilling to pay a commission, we pledge to assume the commission responsibility and make sure our brokers are rewarded for bringing us great opportunities.

Investment Participation Program:

Brokers deserve the opportunity to participate in the deals they uncover. Brokers who bring us off-market opportunities to reinvest all or part of their earned commissions into the investment.
